It was great. I reserved a 2 bedroom on Nov 13 2023. We were at the airport on Feb 28, 2024 and I received a call saying that the room was not available even tho they called on the 17th to verify my information and reservation. The put us in 2 separate rooms.

Pool on rooftop was cool, wish it would have been heated. Nice location on the river within walking distance to the main Riverwalk area. I wish they would've explained that on a map when you check in. We didn't figure that out until day 2.

Beautiful suite, excellent location. Very homey with dishes and pans, great jetted tub, washer, dryer, detergent. We experienced the River Walk like never before -- it's so close you can go on foot multiple times in a day. Staff is extraordinary.

La Cascada was very close to the centre of San Antonio without being in the centre and paying a fortune for a room. It's on the river so you could walk along the river and then into the RiverWalk where all the restaurants, bars and shops are. It's all very easy. There was a grocery store nearby and the room itself was great.
